If you weren't able to attend Rubyconf, I just posted Rubyconf in 22 minutes, which serves as a great summary of the event. In the video you'll find interviews with Yukuhiro Matsumoto (creator of Ruby), Chris Wanstrath, Jim Weirich, Matt Aimonetti, Yehuda Katz, Nathaniel Talbot, Adam Keys, Charles Nutter, and even a brief encounter with Zed Shaw's Desk amongst other speakers.
