Full disclosure: I probably run competing company (sort of) to Netguru.
WHY, GOD, WHY? Doesn’t it encourage bad habits of not running the code prior to commiting it. I don’t even say about running tests, just launching the app and visiting the site will give you syntax error.
Honestly, if you guys have problem of people committing code without running it, you have to fire them.
