Tweets as JSON via a rack app

A limited functionality version of rackatweet is now available.

You can mount it as a rack application and then query it for tweets using the Twitter query API parameters.

It currently only implements the user_timeline method, but more is to come.

Feedback welcome.

The development of rackatweet was paid for by the cool people that are Beef in Bristol.
