It’s official! You can now use any theme on GitHub Pages using the new jekyll-remote-theme machinery. See the Pluto Planet Guide (Book Edition) - Free Planet (Static) Website Generator - Auto-Build Web Pages From Published Web Feeds as a real-world live example :-) using the octobook/books-twentyeighteen-theme.
