Calling Python from Ruby

Pycall reached it’s 1.0 milestone! Now we have a stable library for reusing the whole Python ecosystem in Ruby.

Pycall (https://github.com/mrkn/pycall) by Kenta Murata (@mrkn) is extremely useful especially in the Data Science and Machine Learning areas to leverage existing Python based tools.
