0 <a href="http://smalltalk.felk.cvut.cz/projects/smallruby">SmallRuby</a> is a new Ruby implementation for the <a href="http://smalltalk.felk.cvut.cz/projects/stx-goodies/wiki">Smalltalk/X virtual machine</a>. On some selected benchmarks, SmallRuby trumps existing Ruby implementations 10-40x performance-wise (though take this with a pinch of salt for now).
