Social Media Monitoring Gem published
I just launched the social media monitoring gem. It connects to my API and it offers:
* sentiment analysis (it's basic at this point, however, it supports 6 different languages)
* keyword tracking (SERP)
* competitor search (while in beta launching in Germany, soon to launch in the USA)
* Review tracking (Qype, Pointoo, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Golocal, wowarstdu.de, hotels.com and many others)
