Ruby IDE Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good IDE for Ruby development? Using VI is getting old :)

Sublime 2 Editor and RubyMine make two of the best IDE’s that I’v ever used.

Here’s my comment. But if you must know, TextMate 2 is pretty good (for a gui :-O)

Emacs is better than TM2, by the way.
