Complicode (pun intended) it’s an implementation of the “algorithm” to generate control codes for invoices inside the Bolivian national tax service.

This might be useful for any Bolivian rubyist out there (we are not many) or just as an educational material for any other Bolivian developer trying to implement the algorithm in other languages.
