How we interview developers

Hi all! If you’re running an agency or you need to recruit developers for your project, you need to have a process in place. At MarsBased we’ve been hiring Ruby developers for five years now, and this is how we do it:


During the whole interview, I do not only listen to their answers but, from time to time, I also give them the answers that I would have given.

I usually always give answers to unaswered questions. It’s absolutely vital and make the interview worth it for the candidate. Unfortunately it’s not yet norm…
