AppPerf - Open source ruby performance monitoring

I have made some significant updates to my AppPerf platform.

  • Reworked the RPM gem and removed dependency on ActiveSupport.notifications.
  • Modified back end storage.
  • Updated UI significantly.
  • Simplified the data submission process and structure.
  • Added more README info.

There is still a ton of work to do and the code is pretty messy at this point, something I need to continue to work on.

PS: Taking applications for a cool/better name :)
